Thank you!

And now it's time to show you how all my pink mood started:) At the beginning of the year I received my prize won at Take A Quill Pill challenge, a beautiful pink T-shirt embroidered by Kathy. She also sent me a few surprises: beautiful cards and a mini notice book.

Thank you very much, Kathy! I just love the T-shirt and the logo is so cute! Will be my favourite in the summer! And I wanted to thank in quilling style by making a special card! Of course, with pink flowers:)

The card inspiration is FTL162 from Clean & Simple Stamping blog. The sentiment is computer generated. Thank you very much, Cheryl, for all the advices in using the printer for cards sentiments!

Wish you a wonderful weekend!

Quilled pink roses...

... in my vision. Another pink card, as I promised:) I love how these flowers turned out, they look like roses. I used crimped paper and a computer generated sentiment. The source of inspiration was this card from Paper Daisy Card Design.

In the first two pictures you can see the real colors, for the third one I used the flash.

Wish you a wonderful Sunday!

Happy Birthday, dear mother!

Tomorrow is my mother's birthday and this year I decided to make cherry blossoms for her birthday card. The source of inspiration for my card was Ann Martin's simple and elegant card. My husband helped me by sketching the branches for the flowers. I colored them and added the quilled flowers. The sentiment is computer generated.

My husband decided that my card looks a little bit childish with the draw branches, a compliment, in fact, for me! My mother will receive a card made by her child:)

Wish you a wonderful and creative day!

Happy New Year!

Around this time last year I started my journey in the quilling world with a present for my mother. I enjoyed so much rolling paper that I decided that I want more from the paper strips. And that became true by the help of your tutorials and great inspiration, dear friends,  by your kind words and visits on my blog. Thank you very much for being so supportive all year round! I couldn't make a so nice and enjoyable journey without you!

I started my new year in white, pink and silver:) Made a birthday card in which I used two new items for me: multi-strips scrolls quilling technique and my new ink-jet printer to generate the sentiment. The inspiration for the card is a sketch from Clean and Simple.

I am in love with the beehive technique! Tried this time to use two colors for the inside of the flower, white and pink.Very happy with the result:)

I would like to enter this card to the next challenges:
